Tyre changer G1200 Autotouch: automatic tyre changer, which does not require the use of the lever. The operator controls all functions through a mobile joystick and the tyre is mounted/dismounted with minimal effort (both for the operator and the tyre itself) and in the shortest amount of time. All components getting in touch with the wheel are in plastic material so as to avoid any damage to the rim. The machine can work on rims up to 30” - thanks to its exclusive central blocking system.

Wheel alignment work station TD4400 Autodrive: Ravaglioli presents a new concept innovative wheel aligner, where the need for maximum speed, utmost precision and measurement repeatability, are combined. The electronic measuring heads are built into the platforms of the 4.2 tonne capacity scissors lift, and they move automatically alongside the platforms themselves in order to measure the typical vehicle angles - a procedure which is completed in about 7 seconds.

Wheel balancers G6.160 and G8.180: Two top of the range models in terms of precision, speed, user friendliness and completeness of standard equipment. Integrated wheel lift, new run-out system, new gauge to position the weights and, above all, the ECO-WEIGHT software, which is designed to cut down on weights to be used for balancing. These features, together with the new and attractive design, make the new RAV wheel balancers the “ideal partner” for the top of the range tyre changers already in the RAV range.

New range of low profile scissors lifts RAV6350: only 155 mm when completely down - both for the flat platform version and for the wheel alignment version. An ideal product for the small workshop, or for people working on low vehicles and who cannot recess the lift into the floor. Furthermore, RAV also introduces the new in-ground piston lifts with capacity up to 5 tonnes, a new range of traditional table tyre changers and many other products, - including the well known lifts, wheel alignment machines, brake testers, tyre changers and wheel balancers, which RAV is currently developing and manufacturing in their four factories in Italy.
